Serves: 2 Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons of oil
1 Cup of Yogurt 3 Teaspoons of Lemon juice ½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder 2 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese (grated) ½ teaspoon of Parsley (dry) ½ Teaspoon of Basil Method: 
• Blend all the ingredients in a bowl until well blended 
• Store in the refrigerator overnight Calories: 302g, fat: 21.2g, carbs 10.3g, Protein 16.2g
