Buttered Scrambled Eggs


Serves: 6 Ingredients: 12 Eggs Thyme ½ Cup of Mushrooms (sliced) 4 tablespoons of Butter 1 Cup of Parsley 1 Teaspoon of Rosemary Salt
Pepper ½ Cup of Onion (sliced) 1 Teaspoon of Oregano Method: 
• Heat pan with the butter; then, sauté onion until tender 
• Add mushrooms and stirs 
• Sauté it until cooked well 
• In a medium bowl scramble eggs, then, pour in parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme 
• Pour it into the pan and mix with mushrooms and onion 
• Scramble the mixture until it cook well 
• Serve and enjoy Calories: 204g, fat: 16.5g, carbs 2.9g, Protein 11.8g
